Can you work with my dog in the yard?
If your dogs are friendly and allow strangers in the yard, then yes, we can work with them in the yard. If your dog is aggressive, vicious or is just uncomfortable with us in the yard, then we cannot work with them in the yard during clean-up.
Is there a contract?
Service can be started or stopped with a phone call. No contracts to sign.
When do I pay you?
1st visit with accumulation, or a one time cleanup, payment is due upon service. For regular customers, we will leave invoice on the door towards the end of the month. Payment is due on the 5th or a $10 late fee will be charged after the 10th. Return checks
there is a fee of $20.00
Do I have to be there when you are scooping?
Not after our first visit.
What if I forget to unlock the gate?
Hey things happen. The first time no problem. The next time we will have to charge our regular fee,
after all we had to use our
gas and spent time coming to the property. As we are respectful of your time, please respect ours. (Don't
worry I'll call in the beginning to remind you that we are coming.)
When do you come to service our yard?
We will discuss your regular service day when we first come to see you. We try to make sure we are there
before a yard service
crew is expected or your regular lawn cutting day. We work rain or shine with the exception of lightening,
gale winds and
hurricanes. If we do miss due to foul weather we will be out on the streets early the next morning to catch up
those yards we missed.
Is your service guaranteed?
We always try to provide perfect service. Large amount of yard debris may hinder scooping. We can only
scoop what we can see. If ever there is a time when the service is not up to your expectations, please let us
know right away. We'll make it right.
Do you work holidays?
No we like time with our families too, so we will make sure that your yard is scooped before the holiday so you
can enjoy your yard with your family and pets. We will let you know if your service day has to be changed
for a holiday service and please if you observe a holiday that we don't and you would prefer for us to come
another day just give us a call.
We're going on vacation - what now?
If you are going on vacation and the dogs are going with you just give us a call and we'll set up to
clean-up on your regular day if needed then we'll suspend the service until you tell us you want us to
start back up.

No we are not licensed for that and are not set up for pet sitting. BUT we have made it a point to
get to know some of the best pet-sitters, pet hotels and others that do boarding in town. Just ask if you
need a suggestion.
